250 Saigon Co.op members complete Ho Chi Minh Midnight 2025 marathon

The journey to experience the city that never sleeps begins at 00:05 when the first 10km race starts; the 5km race starts at 00:30. Meanwhile, the two longest races, 42km and 21km, start at 1am and 2:30am respectively.

The running route offers a special experience as runners pass through the city’s symbols in a colorful space. The journey passes Notre Dame Cathedral, City Theater, Ba Son Bridge, Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee… creating a running route imbued with history and modernity.

250 staff from the office block, affiliated units, Co.opmart, Co.opXtra, Co.op Food, Sense City, SenseMarket, Cheers, Finelife systems from North to South. Of which, nearly 30 staff are senior and middle-level managers of Saigon Co.op participated in the race.

Many officials and employees in the provincial units took advantage of the end of their working day to travel to Ho Chi Minh City and immediately entered the competition.

Each athlete participating in the tournament has the opportunity to contribute to spreading the message of sustainable development and greening vacant land in Tay Ninh and Thanh Hoa.
