On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Factory Z114, General Department of Defense Industry (December 14, 1994 - December 14, 2024), on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, I would like to send my warmest regards and best wishes to the officers, workers, defense officials and employees who have been and are working at Factory Z114.
