Mr. Tran Chi Hung (standing), Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested Nhon Nghia A commune to mobilize resources to repair and upgrade degraded traffic works to better meet people's needs.

Up to now, Nhon Nghia A commune has been recognized by relevant departments, branches and sectors of the province as having achieved 19/19 criteria for an advanced NTM commune. The highlight of Nhon Nghia A in building an advanced NTM is that 100% of inter-commune, hamlet and alley roads are hardened, ensuring light - green - clean - beautiful; 100% of agricultural land area is irrigated and drained proactively; 4/4 schools meet level 1 standards, including one school meeting level 2 standards for facilities; 2/2 OCOP products are put on e-commerce platforms; developing many production models that bring high income to people; average income per capita to date has reached nearly 75 million VND/person/year; The multidimensional poverty rate is currently 1.02%... Notably, according to the survey results, 99.88% of households in the commune are satisfied with the results of building advanced new rural areas in the locality.

At the conference, members of the provincial appraisal council highly appreciated the results of building advanced new rural areas of Nhon Nghia A commune.

From the outstanding results in the process of building advanced NTM, at the conference, 16/16 members of the provincial appraisal council voted unanimously to submit to the Provincial People's Committee to recognize Nhon Nghia A commune as meeting advanced NTM standards in 2025 according to the proposal and appraisal of the Provincial Office of National Target Program Coordination.

Leaders of Nhon Nghia A commune explained some contents raised by members of the provincial appraisal council at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Chi Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, congratulated the achievements in building advanced new-style rural areas that Nhon Nghia A commune has achieved. Based on this conference, the provincial appraisal council will submit a report to the Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision recognizing Nhon Nghia A commune as meeting advanced new-style rural standards. However, the locality needs to continue to consolidate and improve the quality of advanced new-style rural criteria to aim for a model new-style rural commune in the coming time, paying attention to criteria that are still at a low level compared to regulations, while mobilizing resources to repair and upgrade degraded traffic works to meet people's needs.
