The Board of Directors (BOD) of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) respectfully announces the organization of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). Specifically as follows:
1. Expected date: Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
2. Last date for registration: Friday, March 7, 2025.
3. Form of organization: Direct.
4. Venue: Central Hall - VietinBank Human Resources Training and Development School ; address : An Trai Village, Van Canh Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi City.
5. Expected content:
- Report of the Board of Directors on activities in 2024 and development orientation in 2025;
- Report of the Board of Directors on business performance in 2024; orientation and plan for 2025;
- Report of the Board of Supervisors on the results of operations in 2024 and orientation of operations in 2025;
- Submission for approval of the 2024 Audited Financial Statements;
- Proposal to approve the selection of an independent auditing company to audit the financial statements and operations of the internal control system in 2026;
- Proposal to approve the 2024 profit distribution plan;
- Proposal to approve remuneration for the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in 2025;
- Proposal to approve the listing of VietinBank's publicly issued bonds in 2025 on the Hanoi Stock Exchange after the end of the offerings;
- Proposal to approve the plan to increase charter capital through issuing shares to pay dividends (if any);
- Proposal to approve amendments and supplements to VietinBank's governance regulations (if any);
- Report on approval of VietinBank's human resources work (if any);
- Other contents as prescribed by law and VietinBank Charter (if any) .
We recommend that shareholders proactively update information with the securities company where they open an account ( for shareholders who have deposited securities ) or with VietinBank Securities Joint Stock Company (for shareholders who have not deposited securities ) before the final registration date ( March 7 , 2025 ) to ensure that shareholders can fully exercise their rights at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of VietinBank.
