As planned, on the afternoon of April 2, at the district conference center, the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee will hold a ceremony to announce the decision on the district meeting the advanced new rural standards. This is an important event, recognizing the continuous efforts of the Party Committee, government and people in implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction of Thieu Hoa district.

After only 2 years of achieving the new rural standards, the Party Committee, the government and all classes of people have mobilized all resources, promoted potentials and strengths, had many breakthrough solutions; made efforts and determined to build an advanced new rural area and achieved many outstanding achievements. From a purely agricultural district, the locality has made strong changes in infrastructure, economy, socio-culture and environment. The rural transport system has been invested synchronously. The poverty rate has decreased sharply, the average income per capita has continuously increased, and the material and spiritual life of the people has been increasingly improved.

Directing agencies, units, communes and towns to propagate to cadres, party members and people to clean up the environment, create a bright - green - clean - beautiful - safe landscape; hang Party flags, national flags, red flags, banners, slogans; communes and towns organize physical training and sports activities to celebrate the announcement ceremony of Thieu Hoa district meeting advanced new rural standards.
