Officeworks is Australia's largest office supplies supplier, operating a nationwide network of 167 direct retail stores, a website selling over 40,000 products, a call centre and sales team to help micro, small and medium sized businesses start up, operate and grow.

Integrated with Quest Payment Systems' Airpay TAP Soft Point-of-Sale (POS) payment solution, Zebra's TC52x computers can accept payments without the need for additional hardware installation.

This solution transforms the TC52x inventory computer deployed in Officeworks retail stores into a mobile POS terminal that can accept the most popular payment cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Australian domestic debit cards - eftpos.

“With Zebra’s contactless payment app and Airpay TAP solution, our stores can deliver a fast and personalised shopping experience – offering expert advice and allowing customers to easily pay, without having to queue at a traditional checkout,” said Andy Barker, Head of Store Experience Applications at Officeworks.
