At the ceremony, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Journalists Association presented Decision No. 190/QD-HNBVN to establish the Association of Journalists of Citizen and Encouragement of Learning Magazine.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice President and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education Le Manh Hung highly appreciated the development of Citizen and Promoting Education Magazine in recent times.
After more than a year of going online, the appearance and content of the Magazine have increasingly improved, and have been recognized by the Central Executive Committee of the Association, the Central Propaganda Department, and local learning promotion associations, who have highly appreciated the support and dissemination of information on the work of promoting learning - talent, and building a learning society.
Citizen and Learning Promotion Magazine is a specialized magazine on promoting learning and talents, building a learning society, having a position in the journalism community, fulfilling the tasks assigned by the Party and State.
In addition, some scholars, scientists, and educators also evaluated that the Citizen and Learning Promotion Magazine has many works with high awareness, depth of ideals, and breadth of culture, pioneering the way in propaganda work on promoting learning and talent, and building a learning society.
This result is thanks to the support of the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Central Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, and the efforts of the staff and reporters.
The Vice President and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education expressed his hope that the staff, reporters, and editors of the Citizen and Encouragement of Education Magazines would continue to practice and create quality, suggestive journalistic works that focus on learning, promoting a learning society and lifelong learning.
In a short time, Citizen and Encouragement of Learning Magazine established a Party cell and the Magazine Journalists Association - a professional political and social organization.
Party members continue to be exemplary pioneers, members of the Magazine Journalists Association mobilize cadres, editors, and reporters to cultivate steadfast political will, proficient professional skills, and profound intelligence.
