At the conference, representatives of localities, state management agencies, associations, and tourism businesses from the Northwestern provinces introduced unique and distinctive tourism products, services, and cuisine, announced tourism stimulus programs, and committed to providing tours, service packages, and discounted products, connecting Thanh Hoa and the Northwestern two-way.

Listening to and acknowledging the statements of the members of the working group from the Northwestern provinces, especially the enthusiastic, responsible, sincere and profound opinions; the leaders of Thanh Hoa province requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to fully absorb the opinions and contributions, try to maintain and promote what is good, and proactively overcome what is not good; improve the quality and effectiveness of advertising, promotion, and linking tours and tourism routes, establish and effectively exploit the two-way tourist market: Thanh Hoa - Northwestern.

The Tourism Association and tourism businesses in Thanh Hoa province constantly improve product quality, diversify tourism services; apply many forms of stimulus, promotion, attractive discounts, focus on developing new tourism products and services, meeting market tastes and trends; coordinate in organizing and participating in cultural, sports and tourism events, promote linkage and connection of tours and tourism routes.

The leaders of Thanh Hoa province also requested state management agencies and tourism associations of the Northwestern provinces to continue to pay attention to and prioritize the selection of Thanh Hoa as a tourist destination; promote orientation activities, support and create conditions for local tourism businesses to research, learn and exploit tourism resources and advantages in Thanh Hoa.
