The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has just issued a climate forecast for April 2025. According to the forecast, in the first 10 days of April 2025, cold air is likely to be more active than the average of many years, after which the cold air tends to gradually weaken.

On the other hand, April is a transitional month, nationwide there is a possibility of many thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning and hail.

Regarding the hot weather situation, in mid- and late April 2025, hot weather tends to become more intense in the Northwest, North and Central Central regions; be on guard for the possibility of severe heat. Hot weather continues to appear widely in the Southeast region and increases in the Central Highlands and Southwest regions.

The Hydrometeorological Agency warns that in April, cold air is likely to cause strong winds and large waves, affecting maritime and fishing activities of fishermen at sea. It is necessary to be on guard against the possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind accompanying thunderstorms. In addition, hot weather affects the lives and production of people in the areas.
