Reviewing many important contents before the 29th session of the Provincial People's Council

On the morning of February 18, the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council worked with the Departments of Construction and Agriculture and Rural Development to review the draft contents of a number of submissions in preparation for the 29th Session of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2021 - 2026.

At the meeting, the Department of Construction reported the draft documents requesting the Provincial People's Council to issue a resolution approving: The project of the zoning plan for the construction of Hung Dao Industrial Park, Tu Ky District, scale 1/2000; The task of the zoning plan for the construction of Thanh Mien 1 Industrial Park, Thanh Mien District, scale 1/2000 and The project of the task of the zoning plan for the construction of Gia Loc III Industrial Park, Gia Loc District, scale 1/2000.

After listening to the opinions on the draft submissions, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Khac Toan and leaders of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council basically agreed with the content of the draft submission on the zoning planning tasks and the zoning planning project. At the same time, the Department of Construction was requested to clarify the land area ratio for security and order assurance and fire prevention and fighting in industrial parks. Research and calculate the population density living and traveling in the industrial parks. Have priority solutions to attract high-tech enterprises. Connecting industrial parks must be calculated to ensure convenient traffic infrastructure and have effective drainage plans between the industrial parks and local irrigation infrastructure. Incorporate opinions to edit and complete the content of the draft submissions to submit to the Provincial People's Council at the 29th Session.

Immediately after the above content, the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council considered the draft submission proposing the issuance of a Resolution of the Provincial People's Council stipulating the authority to decide on the liquidation of planted forests in Hai Duong province and regulations on the level of support for agricultural production to restore production in areas damaged by natural disasters and plant pests in Hai Duong province reported by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

After listening to the comments, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Khac Toan and leaders of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council proposed to agree with the content of the two submissions. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development was requested to clearly revise the applicable subjects and the authority to decide on the liquidation of planted forests. Regarding the regulations on the level of support for agricultural production to restore production in areas damaged by natural disasters and plant pests in the province, it is necessary to consider adding support subjects and clarifying the support level for each subject.
