The Memorial House of the late General Secretary Truong Chinh is a site of important historical and cultural significance, located in Hanh Thien village, Xuan Hong commune, Xuan Truong district, Nam Dinh province. This is the birthplace and place where comrade Truong Chinh, an outstanding revolutionary leader of Vietnam, was born and raised.
The memorial house was built in 1902 by Dr. Dang Xuan Bang, the grandfather of comrade Truong Chinh. This is a traditional house of the North with 5-room architecture made of ironwood, roof tiles, and brick walls. The house is not only a place to preserve memories of the life and career of comrade Truong Chinh, but also a testament to the cultural and historical traditions of Nam Dinh.
