Training on implementing science and technology tasks and digital transformation

On the afternoon of March 31, more than 100 officials and civil servants from departments, branches and localities attended a training conference on implementing tasks of applying science and technology, innovation and digital transformation according to Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, organized by the Department of Science and Technology in coordination with the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Finance.

Representatives of the Department of Finance provided guidance on bidding, procurement, and investment procedures for science and technology application tasks, innovation, and digital transformation at the training conference.

Conference delegates were trained by experts on regulations and procedures for budget preparation, bidding procedures, procurement, investment, hiring of information technology services, and implementation of science and technology projects, etc.

The Department of Science and Technology also implemented Circular No. 09/2024/TT-BKHCN of the Ministry of Science and Technology issued on December 27, 2024, regulating the management of provincial and grassroots science and technology tasks using the state budget; contents on innovation, digital transformation and support policies of the province.
