On September 18, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC and CNCH) of the Provincial Police organized a training course on fire prevention and rescue for 1,400 officers, employees, teachers and students of Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted.
At the training session, the school's staff, teachers and students listened to representatives of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department provide information on the situation of fires and explosions in the country in general and in the province in particular in recent times; analyzing the main causes of fires and explosions.
At the same time, propagate and introduce legal regulations on fire prevention and fighting; instruct on how to use fire extinguishers, gas masks, escape skills, and choose fire-safe boarding rooms for 12th grade students.
Next, officers from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police organized a fire fighting drill in the canteen and 3-storey dormitory area, where nearly 500 students live and work.
The training session aims to help staff, teachers and students in the school improve their knowledge and skills in fire fighting and escape, and their responsibility for fire prevention and fighting at home and school, helping to protect their lives and property and that of their loved ones.
