Training on cooperative control work

During the 3-day course (April 9-11), nearly 100 trainees who are heads of cooperative control listened to lecturers from the Cadre Training School present a general overview of cooperative control operations, including the concept and role of internal control; organization of the control apparatus according to the 2023 Law on Cooperatives; tasks and powers of the Cooperative Control Board; requirements on knowledge, skills, and professional standards for cooperative control officers.

Within the framework of the training program, trainees are also guided in detail by lecturers on the control process including the following steps: Planning, implementing control, reporting results, and monitoring implementation. At the same time, they participate in practicing writing control reports (compliance control, operational control, financial reporting control).

Through the training program, the staff working in cooperative control are trained, strengthened in professional knowledge and updated with new knowledge to improve their qualifications and work efficiency, better perform their role in cooperative activities, contributing to improving production efficiency and increasing income for members.
