Disseminate legal policies on labor, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance to over 150 enterprises

At the conference, representatives of business leaders, staff working in the field of social insurance, health insurance and representatives of employees of over 150 enterprises operating in Chau Son Industrial Park; Hoa Mac; Dong Van I, II, III, IV were informed and disseminated by leaders of the provincial social insurance departments and the Department of Home Affairs on a number of topics, such as: New points in the Law on Social Insurance, Law on Health Insurance effective from July 1, 2025; contents to note in the collection of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, issuance of social insurance books, health insurance cards for enterprises, new points in the collection and development of participants according to the provisions of Social Insurance Law No. 41/2024/QH15; information on voluntary social insurance and family health insurance policies to guide employees to continue participating in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance if they quit their jobs; some points to note in resolving social insurance and unemployment insurance regimes for employees at enterprises in 2025; Information on the status of receiving one-time social insurance benefits that affect employees' rights; general regulations on grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace...

Representatives of the provincial Social Insurance and the Department of Home Affairs participated in the dialogue at the Conference.

Also at the conference, representatives of enterprises and employees raised many questions related to the level of contribution and benefit of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance; regulations on closing books, reducing contributions due to overlapping processes, health insurance card validity; one-time social insurance; application of VssID - social insurance number; use of VneID account to identify citizens at level 2 when going to health insurance examination and treatment; Regulations on democracy at the workplace... These are the difficulties that enterprises and employees encounter in practice when participating in and enjoying social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance policies... The difficulties were answered and guided specifically and satisfactorily by representatives of the provincial social insurance agency and the Department of Home Affairs.

Mr. Pham Xuan Son, Head of Revenue, Book and Card Management Department presented the topic at the conference.

Propagating and dialogue with businesses and employees about social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies to support, answer questions and advise employers and employees to remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of participating and enjoying social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies, aiming to ensure full benefits of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees.
