Here, Ms. Dao Thi Anh Tuyet - Deputy Head of the Department of Law Development and Dissemination of the Department of Justice disseminated the following contents: basic procedures for disseminating legal education at the grassroots level; oral legal propaganda skills; skills in writing news and legal propaganda articles; skills in drafting legal question and answer leaflets; skills in compiling electronic legal propaganda lectures; and the implementation of legal education in ethnic minority areas and places with a large population of ethnic minorities.

The training course aims to help legal reporters and propagandists at the grassroots level supplement their legal knowledge and skills in legal education; in addition, to exchange and share experiences, skills, expertise, and effective communication methods.
