The central report and the speeches at the congress said that Branch 716 is located and performs its tasks in the border district of Ia H'Drai with more than 1,140 workers, of which more than 87% are direct workers and over 82% are ethnic minority workers. During the past term, the grassroots trade union has done a good job in building the organization, developing union members, and performing well the role and task of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.

On the other hand, linking the implementation of the union's programs and movements with the unit's emulation movement to win in order to create motivation to urge cadres, union members, and workers to enthusiastically work in production, stick together, and build a strong border area; For 5 consecutive years (2018-2022), the Branch 716 Trade Union was awarded a certificate of merit by the 15th Corps Command for its outstanding achievements in the workers' movement and trade union activities.

In particular, the grassroots Trade Union has advised the Party Committee and the Branch Board of Directors to implement many social security programs, taking good care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers such as: Bonuses for exceeding rubber latex output for cadres, union members and workers of more than 5 billion VND; supporting Tet holiday money for direct workers of more than 1,112 billion VND each year; supporting food and necessities during the lean season for 7,023 people. cadres, union members, and workers with an amount of more than 2,106 billion VND; taking care of and giving gifts to relatives of workers over 80 years old, supporting workers to build houses, develop family economy...

The Congress determines the direction, tasks, goals and solutions for the coming term. Focus on thoroughly grasping the resolutions and directives of the Party, the State and higher levels; innovate and improve the quality and efficiency of the activities of the grassroots trade unions. Strive for 100% of union members and workers to feel secure in their work and be attached to their units and localities; annually, over 85% of union departments achieve the title of strong, excellently strong; 100% of union members complete their tasks, of which over 45% are excellent union members; from 15 to 20 outstanding union members are admitted to the Party...

The congress also discussed and contributed to the draft report of the Political Department of the 15th Corps at the 5th Congress of the Corps Trade Union, the Charter of the 12th Vietnam Trade Union; elected the executive committee of the grassroots trade union for the new term and the delegation to attend the Congress of the 15th Corps Trade Union.
