Keeping pace with the market with positive signals in consumption, from the beginning of the year, many enterprises in the province have developed specific business plans; at the same time, they have joined hands to promote market development.
SAB Vietnam Industrial Factory (Bim Son Industrial Park), invested by SAB Vietnam Industrial Company Limited, has an area of 66.44 hectares, with a total investment of about 1,443 billion VND. With the business of producing auxiliary materials for the garment industry, this factory is expected to contribute to reducing the dependence of the garment industry on accessories that have long been imported from abroad. Mr. Cui Gang, Deputy General Director of SAB Vietnam Industrial Company Limited, said: “Coming into operation since the beginning of the second quarter of 2024, the company has achieved revenue of 56 million USD and created jobs for more than 500 workers. In 2025, the company will continue to expand investment in phase 2; at the same time, develop more consumer markets to increase the factory's output to 150 million USD".
At Hong Duc Educational Equipment Joint Stock Company (Le Mon Industrial Park), right after the New Year holiday, the units have also started their production plans for the new year, with many orders for furniture and school equipment having been signed. According to Ms. Vu Thi Ngoc Anh, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director of the company, with the goal of 20% growth compared to last year, the company is continuing to update and approach new furniture trends; at the same time, transforming and "Vietnamizing" to suit the costs and tastes of Vietnamese consumers. Along with that, the company is continuing to restructure its staff, especially focusing on the marketing team; investing in more production lines, machinery, technology, proactively changing and diversifying designs and products to improve product quality, successfully approaching many new markets.
Although a relatively young enterprise in the Thanh Hoa market, AZ Electrical Engineering Elevator Co., Ltd., Thanh Hoa City has quickly established its position in the market for supplying elevator products and equipment. According to the company representative, the factory's current 2025 orders have ensured production and employment for the first two quarters of the year. With a planned output increase of 30% over the same period, the company is investing in expanding the factory; at the same time, expanding to neighboring consumption markets such as: Hoa Binh, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Ninh Binh.
According to the Department of Industry and Trade, in 2024, the industry will have 46 more projects approved for new investment policies. Along with that, many projects are about to be completed and put into operation, such as: Radial Automobile Tire Factory, Intco Nitrile Gloves Factory; Nghi Son Steel Rolling Mill No. 2, Inteco Picture Frame Factory - Phase 2 will significantly increase production capacity, contributing to creating momentum to complete the production target in 2025.
Aiming at sustainable and effective production, the industry and trade sector is actively implementing the restructuring project; focusing on developing the industry in a harmonious combination of breadth and depth, in which focusing on in-depth development with the energy industry and processing and manufacturing as a breakthrough. The unit will also regularly monitor and grasp the situation, focus on removing difficulties and obstacles, creating favorable conditions for industrial production establishments to maintain stable operations and maximize capacity; create all conditions to accelerate the progress of industrial projects to put them into operation soon, creating more production capacity for the economy. In addition, the unit also encourages and focuses on solutions for industrial development in rural areas, especially the agricultural processing industry; the industry of manufacturing equipment, machinery, materials, animal feed, fertilizers for agriculture; Developing small-scale handicrafts associated with restoring traditional occupations and cultivating new occupations with good consumer markets, thereby increasing the value of raw material areas and creating more jobs for workers.
