Giving gifts to people in difficult circumstances in Chau Thanh district

Representatives of the Association, local authorities and sponsors presented gifts to people of Phuoc Vinh commune.

The delegation visited and presented 150 gifts (50 gifts per commune) to poor households, households in difficult circumstances, and people with disabilities in the communes. Each gift included rice and necessities, worth 300,000 VND/gift, donated by Cam Phong Pagoda (Go Dau District) with the support of Buddhist Ms. Vo Thi Tuoi.

This is one of the activities jointly organized by the Association for the Support of the Disabled, the Poor and the Protection of Children's Rights of the province to respond to the upcoming Vietnam Day for the Disabled on April 18. The activities contribute to caring for and assisting people with difficult circumstances and disabilities in the area.
