To improve safety index and avoid unfortunate incidents, the Ministry of Transport requests the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam to promptly investigate, clearly identify the cause, and provide safety recommendations to relevant units; strictly handle organizations and individuals who violate the law. Strengthen inspection and supervision of agencies and units providing services at airports, airfields, and air traffic service providers. Review the implementation of regulations and procedures on safety, security, and airport and airfield management in supervising aviation staff in compliance with regulations to ensure aviation safety and security.

Airports and seaports need to require flight crew members, aviation staff, and flight operations service providers to raise awareness, attitude, and responsibility to strictly comply with safety procedures and regulations.
