At around 9am, 10 Mi-8, Mi-17, and 6 helicopters took off from Bien Hoa airport (Dong Nai) towards the sky of Ho Chi Minh City. The helicopters practicing flag-raising were divided into 3 groups: 3 in the front, 4 in the middle, and 3 in the back. The formation of 3 helicopters flew in the front in an arrow shape, 4 in the back in a diamond shape, and 3 in the back in an arrow shape.
