Temporarily suspend operations at 4 airports due to the impact of storm Tra Mi

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting and the Aviation Meteorological Center, storm Tra Mi is likely to directly affect and threaten the safety of operations at airports.

Accordingly, to ensure safety at airports, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam requires the temporary suspension of receiving and operating aircraft at Phu Bai International Airport (Thua Thien Hue) from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on October 27; Da Nang International Airport from 6:00 a.m. on October 27 to 4:00 a.m. on October 28; Dong Hoi Airport (Quang Binh) from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on October 27; Chu Lai Airport (Quang Nam) from 10:00 a.m. on October 27 to 10:00 a.m. on October 28.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam requests that the Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation issue appropriate aviation information according to current regulations and operate flights to ensure absolute safety.
