At about 5:15 a.m. this morning (August 17), Mr. N.D.D.N (born in 1966, residing in Phu Long town, Ham Thuan Bac district) drowned while swimming at Ong Dia rock beach, Phu Hai ward, Phan Thiet city. Discovering the incident, people swimming here rushed to rescue and brought the victim to shore to perform first aid measures. However, the victim died later.
After the authorities recorded information about the incident, the victim's body was handed over to the family for funeral arrangements.
