On the afternoon of January 30 (the second day of Tet), on many roads in Vung Tau City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, thousands of vehicles carrying tourists poured into the city's tourist attractions. At spiritual destinations, the number of tourists was very large.
Thuy Van Street has begun to be crowded with traffic.
From the first day of Tet, the beaches in Vung Tau have started to bustle. Tourists from all over flock here to enjoy the fresh air of the sea, have fun, swim and participate in the festival activities at the beginning of the year.
According to Vung Tau City's report, from January 27 to 30 (December 28 of the lunar calendar to the second day of Tet), about 40,800 visitors came to swim in the sea. On January 30 alone (the second day of Tet), about 36,000 visitors came to swim in the sea.
Many families ride motorbikes from neighboring provinces and cities to Vung Tau to enjoy spring and swim in the sea.
Although the number of visitors at this time is lower than the same period last year, it is expected to continue to increase in the coming days. The local government and people are making efforts to ensure security, order, environmental sanitation and provide the best services for tourists.

Vung Tau City Police and Ward People's Committees regularly patrol and ensure security, order, environmental sanitation, urban order, and traffic safety in tourist areas and coastal routes with a high concentration of tourists.
The authorities also coordinated to patrol and propagate to encourage tourists not to eat and drink in public places, not to bring food and alcoholic beverages to the beach; and to remind and disperse cases of tourists eating and drinking on the beach.
