Mr. Cao Thanh Sang is the owner of an illegally built villa of more than 500 square meters in village 1, Gia An commune, Tanh Linh district.
This land is not included in the planning and plan to change the purpose of agricultural land use to rural residential land.
"The district is determined to strictly handle illegal constructions and force the establishment of an enforcement team if the homeowner does not voluntarily dismantle them," said the leader of the Tanh Linh District People's Committee.
It is known that the enforcement committee has more than 30 members who have made plans and enforced tasks to be carried out.
Tanh Linh District Police developed a plan to ensure order and safety during the enforcement process.
Regarding the above illegal construction, on August 20, Tanh Linh district issued a document directing the demolition of this illegal construction within 10 days (from August 20 to 30).
The villa is located right on the frontage of DT720, bordering Tanh Linh and Duc Linh districts (Binh Thuan).
The illegal villa complex has been completely built with a house, swimming pool, brick and stone yard... and many rows of trees. The owner has requested an extension to self-demolish until October 20.
