This activity is to celebrate the 18th anniversary of SAWACO's founding (May 24, 2005 - May 24, 2023), and the 18th anniversary of SAWACO Party's founding (June 21, 2005 - June 21, 2023).
SAWACO organizes the Science, Technology and Innovation Week with the aim of raising awareness of the role, significance and importance of research and application of science and technology to create a strong driving force for the development of the water supply system in the general development trend of Ho Chi Minh City, ensuring the supply of safe and continuous clean water for the people of Ho Chi Minh City. On this occasion, SAWACO will introduce topics, creative products, models, ideas and typical solutions of SAWACO staff and employees in the scientific research movement as well as the movement of good workers and creative workers.

The key contents of the Science, Technology and Innovation Week organized by SAWACO include: Science, Technology and Innovation Exhibition introducing typical products, projects, initiatives, and technical improvements that have been effectively applied; solutions and research topics in the field of water supply in the period of 2021 - 2023. Workshop on the application of ChatGPT in customer service in the water supply industry; workshop on the application of information technology and digital transformation in the water supply industry; workshop on reporting effective solutions and initiatives in water supply system management; SAWACO Talk program introducing highlights of the solutions participating in the exhibition; introducing typical products, projects, initiatives, and technical improvements that have been effectively applied at units in SAWACO in the period of 2019 - 2022 (including products participating in the online exhibition in 2021 and new products that have not participated in the exhibition before).
Solution groups participating in the exhibition at the 2023 Science, Technology and Innovation Week include: IT application solutions in water services; solutions in water supply system management; solutions to improve production quality and efficiency; IT application solutions in work management; improving processes and procedures, participating in administrative reform; technological improvements in reducing water loss; modern water treatment technologies.
The exhibition is held in person (at SAWACO Traditional Room, No. 1 International Square, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City) and online on media sites such as SAWACO YouTube channel, Sawaco website, SAWACO Creative Space Portal, etc.
