Expanding admissions and recruiting new majors

Today (April 12), Ton Duc Thang University organized the 2025 University Admissions Consulting Day, with more than 3,000 students from 23 high schools attending.

Sharing with students about choosing a career, Dr. Tran Trong Dao, Principal of the school, said: "Standing at the threshold of university, each of your choices can be the starting point of great things. Be bold in setting your dreams, persistently pursue what you love and do not hesitate to ask questions, learn and explore to choose the most suitable path for yourself."

Ms. La Vu Thuy Linh, Head of the University Department, said that this year the school has three main admission methods: admission based on high school results; admission based on high school graduation exam results in 2025; admission based on the results of the 2025 capacity assessment test of Ho Chi Minh City National University. In addition, the school also conducts direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

"This year, the school's admission method remains stable compared to previous years. However, the big change is expanding the admission combinations to suit students graduating from the 2018 GeneralEducation Program. In addition, the school also recruits some new majors," added Master Thuy Linh.

Ton Duc Thang University enrolls 43 standard programs, 21 advanced programs, 11 university programs in English, and 13 programs at Khanh Hoa branch. In addition, the school also enrolls 10 university preparatory programs in English, 13 international joint training programs, and 12 international joint training preparatory programs.

Also in the program, Ton Duc Thang University informed about the expected tuition fees for students admitted in 2025. In particular, for the standard program, the average tuition fee for the 2025-2026 school year ranges from 29.7 million VND to 34.8 million VND/year (the pharmacy major alone is expected to collect nearly 66.8 million VND/year).

Advanced program average tuition per school year is expected to be from 53-64 million VND/year.

The English-taught university program is expected to cost from 78-84 million VND/year depending on the major.

The study program at Khanh Hoa Branch, the average tuition fee is expected to be 20.5 million VND/year - 24 million VND/year depending on the major.

In 2025, Ton Duc Thang University plans to spend more than 80 billion VND on scholarships for students in many different forms.
