Storm No. 3 has caused great damage to people and property. In the face of pain and loss, the spirit of mutual love of the nation has been multiplied by the call of the Front to share with the people in the flood-hit areas to overcome difficulties and quickly stabilize their lives.

Deep sense of compatriotism

On September 7, Typhoon No. 3 (Yagi) made landfall in the North. The strongest storm in 30 years and its aftermath caused severe damage to many provinces in the northern plains and mountainous areas. The total property damage caused by Typhoon No. 3 is estimated at over VND50 trillion.

In that spirit, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee together with member organizations of the Front, with the core being socio-political organizations, agreed to advise and propose to the Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee to launch a widespread campaign to the people of the whole country and overseas Vietnamese to share with the people of the localities affected by storms and floods.
