Unlike previous years, implementing the direction of the Military Region 9 Command, in 2025, the Kien Giang Provincial Military Command only organized a concentrated training launch ceremony at Battalion 207, Regiment 893.

In preparation, the Party Committee and Military Command of Kien Giang province deployed to agencies, units and localities to strengthen dissemination and propaganda work to raise awareness and responsibility of officers and soldiers.

Preparations were carried out seriously and closely, from planning and detailed script content to preparing forces, facilities, organizing training, coordinating forces, preliminary rehearsals, and final rehearsals. All work was carried out carefully and thoroughly, ensuring the ceremony was a great success.

The parade formation was organized into 8 blocks, including 1 flag group, a block of officers and professional soldiers of the Provincial Military Command, a block of officers and professional soldiers of the Provincial Border Guard Command, a block of officers and professional soldiers of Regiment 893, 3 blocks of non-commissioned officers and soldiers of Regiment 893 and 2 blocks of militia and self-defense forces of the Military Command of Rach Gia City and Kien Luong District.

The unit actively organizes team command training and coordinates the preparation of physical education performances; martial arts performances; arranges, displays models of training tools, technical equipment, and vehicles.

Colonel Nguyen Thanh An - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Kien Giang Military Command said: "Due to the large number of troops from many agencies and units, since mid-February, the Provincial Military Command has closely coordinated with the Provincial Border Guard Command to organize training for the units at the agencies and units. On February 26, the units will focus on joint training. The content of the team review is especially important, requiring neat formations, ranks, and unified movements to demonstrate the strength of the provincial armed forces. Therefore, from now until the organization of the training launch ceremony, the Provincial Military Command requires leaders and commanders of agencies and units to focus on directing and commanding to ensure the number of troops to practice seriously and urgently to achieve the highest quality".

With the attention and close direction of the Provincial Military Command, heads of agencies and units, and the determination of each officer and soldier, up to now, the content of the team review and some other contents at the 2025 training launch ceremony have basically met the requirements and plans set out.

The training launch ceremony and the emulation movement launch of the Kien Giang armed forces with the theme "Solidarity, discipline, creativity, safety, determination to win" were held on March 3, 2025.
