The Deputy Minister stopped for a long time at the TH true MILK booth, chatting more deeply when he learned that at this fair, TH not only brought products that achieved National Brands such as sterilized fresh milk, yogurt, nut milk, etc. but also brought 2 product lines: unsalted butter and gac oil. Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan emphasized that in the past, when talking about unsalted butter, countries in the region often mentioned the EU, New Zealand, countries with a tradition of raising dairy cows and processing unsalted butter. No one thought that Vietnam also had a business with enough capacity to be able to produce unsalted butter products in large quantities, supplying a billion-people market like China.
