According to the latest information, Samsung is said to launch a new Galaxy S25 Slim variant in late 2025, after the Galaxy S25, S25 Plus and S25 Ultra versions are launched.
A new report from South Korea has revealed when Samsung will launch the Galaxy S25 Slim smartphone. Specifically, the “Slim” variant will not launch with the other members of the Galaxy S25 series in January next year. Instead, this smartphone will be launched later, in the second half of 2025, possibly alongside the next-generation Galaxy Z series.

Some previous leaks said that the Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to have a 6.7-inch flat screen and a thinner body than the rest. In addition, there is also a 200MP main camera with ISOCELL HP2 sensor. We can also expect this smartphone to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, accompanied by 16GB of RAM for powerful performance.
There are also leaks claiming the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim will launch around April 2025. Samsung will then launch the Galaxy Z Flip SE along with two Galaxy Z Fold7 devices in the summer, but the release date has not been confirmed yet.
The Galaxy S25 Slim will compete directly with the iPhone 17 Air, which is expected to be the thinnest iPhone model in Apple's lineup and is receiving a lot of attention from technology enthusiasts. This forces Samsung to launch new products to maintain market share.
