The People's Council of Binh Thuan province has passed resolutions stipulating the level of financial support from the state budget to build and implement village covenants and conventions of residential communities in Binh Thuan province; approving the investment policy for the project to expand the water supply pipeline of Vo Xu town, Vu Hoa commune, Duc Linh district. This is a group C project with a value of about 36.5 billion VND.

The People's Council of Binh Thuan province also approved the investment policy for the project to renovate and repair the province's bridge and road system; a resolution on approving the investment policy for the project to repair and upgrade Tran Hung Dao Street (from the roundabout of 19/4 Street to Tran Phu Street), Phan Thiet City. This is a Group B project with a total investment of about 196 billion VND. The investment capital comes from the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan at the end of the 2021-2025 period and transition to the 2026-2030 period and the project implementation period is 3 years.
The total length of the repaired and upgraded route is about 2.7 km (starting point at the roundabout of 19/4 Street, ending point at the intersection with Tran Phu Street). The roadway width is 15m, the sidewalk width on each side is at least 5m, and the roadbed width is at least 25m.
In addition, the People's Council of Binh Thuan province also approved the adjustment of the coastal axis project of Highway DT.719 B, Hon Lan - Tan Hai section, Ham Thuan Nam district; technical infrastructure of the social housing area in Tien Loi commune, Phan Thiet city; technical infrastructure of Son My resettlement area (phase 1) Ham Tan district; repair and renovation of the Binh Thuan Provincial Convention Center...
The resolution at the 25th session of the Provincial People's Council also adjusted and supplemented the 2024 public investment plan with lottery capital, with a total adjusted capital plan of 99.4 billion VND.

Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Thuan province Nguyen Hoai Anh said that, based on discussions and consideration of the submissions of the Provincial People's Committee and the verification reports of the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council unanimously approved 13 resolutions.
Mr. Hoai Anh suggested that after this session, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province, all levels and sectors need to urgently promote propaganda work and organize implementation so that the new resolutions passed by the Provincial People's Council can soon be put into practice and bring about effectiveness.
