Bustling welcome new students to complete admission procedures

At the end of the first day of school, more than 1,000 new students completed the procedures in a bustling, joyful atmosphere.

To facilitate new students to complete the admission procedures quickly, this year the school organizes admission at two locations: Dien Bien Phu headquarters (Saigon Campus): 475A Dien Bien Phu, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City and HUTECH High-Quality Human Resources Training Center (Thu Duc Campus): Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park, Hanoi Highway, Hiep Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

Right from the first day of admission, the atmosphere was bustling as many candidates were present at the school to complete the steps, officially confirming to become new students of HUTECH. Mixed with the joy of being admitted and entering the university environment, many students could not help but feel bewildered and nervous.

As one of the early arrivals, Truong Thi Uyen Vy - a new student majoring in logistics and supply chain management - confided: "To prepare for the admission, my father and I traveled from Ninh Thuan last night and arrived at school at 4am. The first time I came here, I was a bit worried, but luckily the volunteers enthusiastically supported me, so I felt more comfortable."

Sharing the same sentiment, Nguyen Duong Quynh Huong - a new student majoring in event management - said: "Today I came to school alone but I'm not too worried because there are volunteers who enthusiastically support me with procedures, making me feel close and sociable. I hope to have many exciting experiences during my time at school."

Quynh Huong feels confident when receiving enthusiastic support from teachers and volunteers.

Parents are also more assured

Accompanying new students on their first day of university, parents also have many concerns about their children's study program, accommodation, and transportation.

Mr. Pham Hoang Trung (Vung Tau) - parent of new student Pham Hoang Dat, majoring in automotive engineering technology - said: "I was very surprised that my school has a partnership to support new students in finding lodging and dormitories. When my child was able to stay in the dormitory, I was more assured about the safety and quality of the accommodation during the years of studying away from home."

Meanwhile, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Loan - parent of Lu Phuoc Thua, a new student majoring in information technology - gave many compliments to the admission support team: "My house is in Tra Vinh, my mother and I left at 2am to be on time to complete the admission procedures. When we arrived here, the staff supported me very enthusiastically from the moment I entered the gate, always proactively asking and guiding me so that I and my brother could follow the correct procedures and complete the paperwork as quickly as possible, which made me very sympathetic."

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Loan gave many compliments to the support team.

It is known that in order to best support candidates and parents to quickly complete admission procedures, the school's reception department was on duty before 6:00 a.m.

From providing guidance on convenient parking locations; general introduction to the admission process; receiving documents, placing classes; confirming students; consulting on dormitory and boarding house accommodation, all steps were guided carefully and professionally. The companionship of teachers and volunteer teams helped new students dispel confusion and prepare to integrate into the new journey. Families were also more assured about their children's upcoming life away from home.

Candidates admitted to the school will complete the admission procedures from now until August 27 (including Saturday and Sunday). In particular, when coming to the school to complete the admission procedures within the prescribed time, candidates admitted to the school with NV1 will receive the "HUTECH Student Pride" scholarship worth 50% of the first semester tuition fee, candidates admitted to NV2,3 will receive a scholarship worth 25% of the first semester tuition fee.
