The 2024 Ethnic Minority Survey is a comprehensive survey combined with a sample survey. In Thanh Hoa, the comprehensive survey was conducted in 184 communes, including: 174 communes in Region III, Region II and Region I according to Decision No. 861/QD-TTg and 10 communes not in the above regions but with ethnic minority areas selected for the survey.
