On the morning of November 15, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietfood International Group Corporation held a press conference to launch the social security project "Vietfood International - Opening the future".
According to Mr. Nguyen Huynh Dat, General Director of Vietfood International Group Joint Stock Company, this project aims to create jobs for households in difficult circumstances, as well as promote the social responsibility of enterprises. The project will be implemented until 2026, striving to reach 6 million social security packages for 6 million low-income households.
Mr. Nguyen Huynh Dat, General Director of Vietfood International Group Corporation, shared about the social security project to share difficulties with 6 million low-income households.
Specifically, according to the project's commitment, as a member of the Vietfood social security ecosystem, households will be able to use many products in other consumer systems, worth 3.2 million VND/month (saving 50% compared to market price); receive a health check-up book worth 12 million VND/year.
At the same time, the family's children (from 16 to 22 years old) will receive a vocational scholarship package from Vietfood (worth 65 million VND) and will be introduced to jobs after completing their studies at the unit's vocational training points, such as chef, bartender, restaurant service, design, supermarket business, social security supermarket chain management, etc.
Households also have the opportunity to start a business with the Vietfood social security store system with an investment value from the unit of up to 320 million VND.
Vietfood International Group Joint Stock Company will coordinate with functional units and local associations to organize preliminary selection and directly approach poor households to advise on social security product packages.
