Launching the book Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule of law state

On the morning of November 8, in Hanoi, the Central Internal Affairs Committee coordinated with the National Political Publishing House Truth to organize the launching ceremony of the book Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam.

At the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam, Director - Editor-in-Chief of the Truth National Political Publishing House, said that with the efforts of units and individuals of the Central Internal Affairs Committee and the Truth National Political Publishing House, the book Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam was introduced to readers on the occasion of Vietnam Law Day (November 9). This is a meaningful activity, honoring the Constitution and law, educating the awareness of the rule of law for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and people, and contributing to promoting the building and the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam in the context of developing a modern market economy and comprehensive and extensive international integration.

The book has a capacity of 480 pages, including 3 chapters: Chapter 1 "Basic theoretical issues on the rule of law state and the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam"; Chapter 2 "Practice of building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam"; Chapter 3 "Continuing to build and perfect the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam in the new period".

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, said that the compilation of the book was carried out carefully, meticulously, and meticulously, ensuring compliance with the Party's policies and viewpoints and the provisions of the 2013 Constitution on building and perfecting the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam. The book is a synthesis and systematization of basic theoretical issues on the rule of law state, analysis of the practice of building and perfecting the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam; in particular, it synthesizes the research results of the Project "Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam in the new period" and 27 in-depth research topics on the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam by major agencies, organizations, and research institutions nationwide.

According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, with convincing analysis, arguments, and evidence, the book affirms the consistent, steadfast stance, ideology, and viewpoint, and the creative development and perfection of theoretical thinking and awareness of the Vietnamese Socialist Rule of Law State of our Party and State. The book affirms the theoretical and practical values of the rule of law state, affirms the correctness of the Party's policies and guidelines; helps cadres, party members and people clearly understand, thoroughly grasp, trust, and successfully organize the process of continuing to build and perfect the Vietnamese Socialist Rule of Law State in the new period and the path to socialism that President Ho Chi Minh, the Party and our people have chosen, building our country to be increasingly rich, beautiful, and civilized.
