General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Minister of Public Security, Head of the Government's Project 06 Working Group chaired the meeting. The meeting was held directly at the Ministry of Public Security's Conference Hall, connecting online to provincial police points nationwide.
Comrade Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Working Group implementing Project 06 at the provincial level attended and chaired at the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police bridge point. Also attending were Colonel Pham Kim Dinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police, Permanent Deputy Head of the Working Group; leaders of departments, branches, agencies, member units of the Working Group and leaders of the People's Committees of districts and cities.

In the past time, the implementation of Project 06 has achieved some positive results such as: Leadership, direction, management and implementation have been carried out drastically and synchronously with high determination from the central to the grassroots levels. The work of perfecting institutions and policy mechanisms creates a legal framework and favorable conditions for national digital transformation and Project 06.
The digital economy and digital society of localities in particular and the whole country in general continue to have strong development in many fields. In addition, digital infrastructure and digital platforms have received investment attention; national and specialized databases have been strongly deployed; connection, integration, and data sharing have developed well...
However, up to now, there are still 38 tasks behind schedule according to the roadmap of Project 06 and Resolution No. 175/NQ-CP dated October 30, 2023 of the Government on approving the National Data Center Project (referred to as Resolution 175).
At the meeting, delegates from ministries, branches and localities focused on discussing and clarifying the difficulties, shortcomings and causes leading to the slow progress of the implementation of tasks according to the roadmap of Project 06. At the same time, they proposed and recommended tasks and solutions to implement the tasks of Project 06 and Resolution 175 in the coming time. Accordingly, in 2025, ministries, branches and localities will focus on implementing 136 tasks, belonging to 5 groups (legal tasks include 79 tasks; technology infrastructure tasks include 11 tasks; data tasks include 28 tasks; security and safety tasks include 2 tasks and resources tasks include 16 tasks).

Concluding the meeting, Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang emphasized the tasks and solutions to overcome the slow-progress tasks according to the roadmap of Project 06 and Resolution 175 (on legal issues; public services; connecting and sharing data; resources; deploying the National Data Center).
He requested ministries, branches and localities, especially those with tasks that are behind schedule and have changes in organizational structure, to be truly determined, make efforts and have specific commitments for each assigned task, select human resources to effectively implement, and direct the development of an implementation plan in 2025 in the direction of "clear people, clear work, clear time, clear results, clear responsibilities".
Ministries, branches and localities must update tasks, roadmap and implementation results weekly on Project 06 software for monitoring and urging... Thereby, contributing to seriously and effectively implementing the Prime Minister's direction, ensuring effective implementation of Project 06 according to the roadmap and requirements set out to best serve the people and businesses.
