Quyen Linh apologizes

Evening of April 14, Quyen Linh responded after the producer of Vietnamese Family Home announced that they would stop working with the male MC. The reason given by the producer was that the MC hosted another program with a similar format but did not announce it, causing confusion among the audience.

"I would like to clarify that I am just a host, not the exclusive MC of any program. I also do not have the right to decide on anyone's content or communication strategy. My role is to contribute my voice to give hope to those in need," Quyen Linh said.

The male artist said his goal when participating in the social program is to help those in difficult circumstances and spread the spirit of mutual love.

"I understand that the programs have overlapping content. But I believe that helping the disadvantaged should not be limited. I sincerely apologize if my appearance on another program caused misunderstandings and affected any unit," Quyen Linh apologized.

Quyen Linh said he accompanied the charity program as follows: Overcoming oneself, Resurrection Support, Like a Wish, Tomorrow's Light, Building the Future Together, Vietnamese Family Warmth, Dream Journey... in the past 20 years. The male artist met and listened to many lives, leaving behind lessons about humanity and sharing.

"I thank the audience and the production unit for trusting and creating conditions for me to share and connect with unfortunate lives. Once again, I would like to affirm that what I most desire is not to host a program for the poor, but to continue to share, accompany, and contribute to many programs to spread love in society, regardless of the role," the male artist added.

Quyen Linh also confirmed that he was referring to a charity program, not related to any advertising of fake products or milk, and hoped that the audience would "wait for official information from the authorities".

The producer representative said Quyen Linh will accompany the program. Vietnamese family home from October 2022 (first broadcast). The program decided to stop working with the male MC from August 2024.

"We received many questions related to the two programs. This caused misunderstandings among the audience. On October 31, 2024, we agreed not to let MC Quyen Linh continue to host Vietnamese Family Home from the recording session in November 2024. We changed format "to have multiple MCs lead together," the producer announced.
