With the goal of making the most of market demand and further improving production and business efficiency in 2025, TKV has built and launched a 90-day and night labor emulation movement in the first quarter of 2025 at Lam Dong Aluminum One Member Co., Ltd. - TKV and Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV.
During 90 days and nights of emulation in production, Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV produced more than 190,000 tons of converted alumina, exceeding the emulation target by 3%.
Lam Dong Aluminum Company Limited - TKV has produced more than 195,000 tons of converted alumina, exceeding the competition target by 5.5%. This is a commendable effort, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility in building and developing the Group.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Tien Manh, Deputy General Director of TKV, praised the efforts of the two units. Especially the efforts to overcome difficulties and challenges in compensation, site clearance, environmental safety and labor safety.
Thereby helping to minimize risks to workers and equipment. At the same time, optimize production processes, improve equipment and rationalize production.
The Deputy General Director of TKV suggested that in the coming time, with a spirit of high determination, solidarity, unity and continuous efforts, all units will continue to take advantage of the results and opportunities in the first quarter, overcome all difficulties to effectively implement the production and business plan for the whole year 2025.
On this occasion, TKV awarded 2 collectives with outstanding achievements in the 90-day and night aluminum production labor emulation movement in the first quarter of 2025, with an amount of 480 million VND/unit.
The 90-day and night aluminum production emulation movement launched by TKV has encouraged units to compete in creative, productive and effective labor, contributing to welcoming Party congresses at all levels and the TKV Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
