Vinh City bypass BOT branch - the unit responsible for managing and maintaining National Highway 1 from the South of Ben Thuy Bridge to the North of Ha Tinh City bypass. The route is designed to the standards of a level 3 plain road, with 4 lanes for motor vehicles and 2 lanes for non-motor vehicles, and a road surface width of 20.5m. In early 2014, the project was completed and put into use. The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province and the road management agency have repeatedly sent documents to investors requesting repairs, overcoming damage, and ensuring traffic safety on National Highway 1. In March 2023, the Vietnam Road Administration (Ministry of Transport) issued a document directing investors to urgently organize repairs and fix damage on National Highway 1 from the South of Ben Thuy Bridge to the North of Ha Tinh City. In case of slow repair or failure to ensure quality, continue to complete legal documents as a basis for the Road Administration to consider temporarily suspending toll collection. |
