Fine for motorbikes making U-turns in prohibited areas
At places where the “No U-turn” sign is posted, any type of vehicle, including motorbikes, if violating the regulations on U-turning motorbikes will be subject to administrative penalties according to the provisions of law. Specifically, Point p Clause 1 Article 6 Decree 100/2019/ND-CP stipulates as follows:
" Article 6. Penalties for drivers of motorbikes, mopeds (including electric motorbikes), vehicles similar to motorbikes and vehicles similar to motorbikes violating road traffic rules
1. A fine of 100,000 VND to 200,000 VND shall be imposed on a driver who commits one of the following violations:
p) Making a U-turn in a place where U-turns are not allowed, except for the violation specified in Point d, Clause 4 of this Article".

Thus, if you drive a vehicle and violate the regulations on making a U-turn at a place where there is a sign prohibiting U-turns, you will be fined from 100,000 VND to 200,000 VND.
Fines for cars making U-turns in prohibited areas
For vehicles participating in road traffic that are cars, in case of not turning around in accordance with the law, they will be administratively sanctioned for the violation of turning around in a prohibited area as prescribed in Point k, Clause 2, Article 5, Decree 100/2019/ND-CP as follows:
" Article 5. Penalties for drivers of automobiles and similar vehicles violating road traffic rules
3. A fine of VND 800,000 to VND 1,000,000 shall be imposed on a driver who commits one of the following violations:
k) Making a U-turn at a road intersection with a railway; making a U-turn on a narrow road, a steep road, a curved road with obstructed visibility, or a place with a "No U-turn" sign .
Thus, if you violate the rule of turning your car at a place where there is a traffic sign prohibiting turning your car, you will be fined from 400,000 VND to 600,000 VND.
