Movie 'Mai' earned over 34 billion VND in revenue despite only being shown for over 1 day

According to Box Office Vietnam, Mai is currently leading the revenue of this year's Tet movies, reaching 34.3 billion VND, more than double that of Meet Again Sister Bau directed by Nhat Trung (15.6 billion VND) even though this movie has been shown since February 3.

The remaining two Vietnamese films had modest revenue when they were both released on February 10 (the first day of Tet): Sang Den only earned 532 million VND, Tra earned 568 million VND.
