Following the direction of the Border Guard Command, the Ha Tinh Border Guard Command has successfully broken up the HT324 project, fighting against the buying and selling of drugs from Laos to Vietnam.

At 11:30 a.m. on April 11, at km85 of National Highway 8A, in Ha Trai village, Son Kim 1 commune, Huong Son district, Ha Tinh province, the anti-drug and crime force of the Ha Tinh Border Guard organized a siege and controlled a Kia Sorento car with Lao license plate UN 2224, arresting two subjects including Yia Song (born in 1993), the driver, and Keo Song (born in 1999, both residing in Thoong Pe village, Kham Cot district, Bo Ly Kham Xay province, Laos).
Conducting an inspection and search of the vehicle, the authorities seized 44 heroin cakes, 60,000 pink pills, 10 kg of crystal meth, and 10 kg of ketamine.

Yia Song confessed that she was hired by a Lao man to transport the goods from Laos to Vinh city, Nghe An province for a fee of 12,000 USD (about 300 million VND). Yia Song invited Keo Song to join the transport and would pay Keo Song from 2,000 to 3,000 USD (about 50-75 million VND).
Currently, Ha Tinh Border Guard is continuing to investigate, expand the case, and complete procedures according to legal regulations.
