Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Bac Nam - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs - announced the decision of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on appointing Mr. Tran Van Manh, Head of Distribution - Events Department, Ho Chi Minh City Education Magazine, to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Ho Chi Minh City Education Magazine. The term of office is 5 years.

At the decision-giving ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi Dieu Thuy - Vice Chairwoman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee - emphasized: " Ho Chi Minh City Education Magazine is a special magazine, with information of an educational nature, so management and quality are very important to the development of Ho Chi Minh City's education sector".

Speaking on accepting the assignment, Mr. Tran Van Manh said: "In my new position, I will continue to cultivate journalistic ethics, strive to learn from the editor-in-chief, staff, reporters, editors, and employees of the unit to be united, responsible, creative, and innovative to successfully complete the assigned tasks," Mr. Manh shared.

Mr. Tran Van Manh was born in 1980 in Thanh Hoa province. Professional qualification: Master of culture; political theory qualification: senior political theory.

Before being appointed, Mr. Tran Van Manh had 20 years of experience working at Ho Chi Minh City Education Magazine (formerly Ho Chi Minh City Education Newspaper) and held the following jobs and positions: reporter, head of events department, head of distribution department, head of distribution - events department, deputy editor-in-chief of Ho Chi Minh City Education Newspaper; member of the editorial board, head of distribution - events department of Ho Chi Minh City Education Magazine.

Currently, Mr. Tran Van Manh is also the head of the Education Reporters Club of the Ho Chi Minh City Journalists Association.
