Passionate about business since childhood
Starting to earn money since 7th grade, Tuyet is currently a student who both runs a fashion business and collaborates with brands to model livestream (live broadcast - PV ). With effort, hard work and constant learning, Tuyet has had a high income since she was very young.
Minh Tuyet started earning money since 7th grade.
Tuyet said that her family had a tradition of doing business and that she loved fashion since she was a child. Therefore, in 7th grade, she tried selling clothes by working as a wholesaler for collaborators in Facebook groups. In 10th grade, Tuyet started livestreaming to sell products. “At that time, my monthly income was only a few million VND,” Tuyet said.
In 11th grade, Tuyet tried to open her own fashion store and had a very stable income. However, because she was young and lacked management and operation knowledge, about a year later she stopped her business, returned to selling online and accepting livestreams for brands.
Running her own business and doing livestreams for brands, Tuyet earns more than 100 million VND per month. At her age, this is not a small amount of money. However, to achieve this result, the second-year student has worked hard day and night.
Thanks to her hard work and dedication, Minh Tuyet had a "huge" income when she was only a second-year student.
“Whether I livestream for brands or for my own business products, I always work after office hours, at noon or late at night. During Mega sales, I have to livestream for 6 hours straight, twice a day, and work until after 4am. At first, I was not used to it, so I had many health problems,” the female student shared.
No one guided her at work, Tuyet had to learn everything herself, research and gain experience to improve every day.
Make good money but don't neglect your studies
Because she knew how to make money at a very early age, Tuyet became independent when she was only in 10th grade. “Now, I can pay for everything myself, from living expenses to tuition fees, without having to depend on my family,” Tuyet said.
Although good at making money, Minh Tuyet does not neglect her studies.
At the beginning of her business and livestreaming, her family did not support her because they were afraid she would neglect her studies. Tuyet also admitted that earning money early made her rush into work and even thought about dropping out of school. However, after all, she realized that studying was still very important. After that, Tuyet always knew how to balance between studying and working. Therefore, her parents gradually supported her.
“In 11th grade, I intended to drop out of school, but fortunately, thanks to my parents and family's encouragement and guidance, I came to my senses. Now I realize the importance of studying, updating knowledge and developing myself is extremely necessary. Studying also helps me a lot in my current job. Luckily, my school schedule is not too busy, so I can still balance it. I intend to continue studying after graduation,” Tuyet shared.
To become a good livestream seller, Tuyet believes that one must have passion, good health, perseverance, confidence and fluent communication skills. Earning such a large amount of money at Tuyet's age is not easy. Talking about the factors that helped her do so, Tuyet said: "I am very passionate about business, wanting to have a full life to take care of my parents. Therefore, I always set higher goals every day, today must be better than yesterday. My long-term goal is to have my own business."
Minh Tuyet collaborates with many brands to livestream
Commenting on her student, Ms. Nguyen Minh Anh, soft skills lecturer, FPT College (Hanoi), shared: “In her studies, Tuyet is a cheerful, humorous and active student. In my subject, she is the group leader, although her work schedule is very busy, Tuyet always ensures her classwork. Tuyet is very good at the camera, eloquent, logical and intelligent. To me, Tuyet is an outstanding student, because not everyone can succeed at such an early age, it requires many factors and soft skills. In short, I highly appreciate her learning ability, knowledge and admire her ability to make money. As a lecturer, I am happy that my student is so successful.”
Ms. Minh Anh added: "In the interview with the business in the personal development course 2 that I was in charge of, Tuyet applied for the position of employee. However, with the experience and knowledge she had acquired, Tuyet was invited by a pharmaceutical and cosmetic company to officially work as a team leader."
