On the evening of December 27, the Provincial People's Committee held the opening ceremony of the Ninh Thuan Food Festival - Welcoming the New Year 2024. Attending were comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee and leaders of departments, branches and sectors in the province.

The food festival takes place from December 26 to 31, 2023 with the theme "Ninh Thuan culinary flavors - Welcoming the New Year 2024". During the 6 days, the festival will feature many exciting and vibrant activities such as: enjoying cuisine through 80 booths; organizing a sheep parade; lion and dragon dances, street art; games, culinary activities; a talented star chef competition about Ninh Thuan sheep and oysters...

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the festival, Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed: Ninh Thuan Food Festival - Welcoming the New Year 2024 is an important event to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for people and tourists on the threshold of the new year.

Thereby contributing to promoting and introducing the province's typical dishes to tourists, contributing to improving the value chain of agricultural - forestry - fishery production, creating jobs, increasing income for workers, building and developing the province's own culinary brand to attract and meet the culinary needs of tourists in the coming time.
