Comrade Nguyen Thi Huong Hai, Vice President of the Provincial Farmers' Association (HND) said: The movement "Farmers compete in good production and business, unite to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably" has continued to be closely directed by the associations at all levels, developing in terms of quantity, quality, scale and efficiency, contributing significantly to restructuring the agricultural sector towards commodity production, increasing added value and sustainable development. The movement has contributed to arousing the will of self-reliance, daring to think and dare to do, overcoming all difficulties to rise up and get rich in each member. Since then, many households have introduced new plants and animals into production, creating models for high income, contributing to promoting the movement and promoting the development of agricultural production.

One of those typical farmers is the household of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh, Dong Bai village, Hoa Son commune (Luong Son). Together with the HND staff, we visited her family's livestock model. As a typical example of good economic performance in the locality as well as the HND, Ms. Hanh actively researches and learns to implement an effective family economic development model. Currently, her family is developing a wild boar breeding model. According to Ms. Hanh, realizing the potential for development from raising wild boars, since 2009 she decided to raise wild boars with the desire to build an effective model to improve the family economy. With the available garden land, Ms. Hanh invested in building a surrounding wall and building a pig pen for free-range pigs. From the initial 5 wild sows, up to now, the herd has more than 200 pigs. On average, each year, after selling and deducting all expenses, her family earns a profit of about 400 million VND.

In order for localities to have more typical examples of good farmers and businessmen, in recent years, the work of developing and improving the quality of HVND has always been of interest. From 2024 to present, the whole Association has admitted over 1,700 new members.
