A group of people holding "strange" documents went to inspect a restaurant in Bao Loc.

On September 29, the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Health requested food and beverage businesses in the area to be vigilant and report to the police about a group of people using fake documents from the department to organize inspections.

Previously, a representative of a restaurant in Bao Loc city, Lam Dong reported that some people claiming to be officers from the Food Safety and Hygiene Department (Lam Dong Department of Health) came to the restaurant to inspect and asked the owner to provide relevant documents and papers.

This group issued two documents: "Decision No. 115/QD-SYT dated September 26 on the establishment of an inspection and supervision team for food production and trading establishments in Bao Loc city" and "Notice No. 01/TB-SYT dated September 26 on the establishment of an inspection and supervision team for food production and trading establishments in Lam Dong province".

These two documents have the signature of the leader of the Department of Health and are both stamped with red seal.

After receiving the notice, Lam Dong Department of Health inspected and determined that the above two documents were fake.

This unit has coordinated with the authorities to inform and respond to businesses about the incident; at the same time, it has requested the Health Departments of districts, Da Lat city, and Bao Loc city to notify businesses about the situation of the above-mentioned group of impersonators to detect early and avoid being scammed.
