Speaking at the opening ceremony of Thai Festival 2025, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh said: "With the theme "Thai Creativity: The Beat of Tradition", the event is not only an opportunity to promote the beauty of Thai culture, land and people, but also a vivid demonstration of the friendship and increasingly strong ties between the people of the two countries".

Mr. Le Hai Binh emphasized that Vietnam is committed to continuing to closely coordinate and facilitate cultural, sports, tourism and people-to-people exchange cooperation activities between the two countries, contributing to fostering the Vietnam-Thailand friendship.
Ms. Lalivan Karnchanachari - Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand highlighted the neighborly, partnership and friendly relationship between Thailand and Vietnam. The event was held at a time when the two countries are looking forward to celebrating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations, as an affirmation that culture is not just a formality, but also a bridge connecting the people of the two countries to build a common future, cooperation and prosperity.
With the theme “Thai Creativity: The Beat of Tradition”, during the 3-day event (March 28-30), visitors will be immersed in a space rich in Thai culture through many unique activities.
The festival has more than 50 food and exhibition booths, introducing to the public typical Thai dishes, along with health care products, beauty products and traditional handicrafts.

The special highlight of Thai Festival 2025 is the Loy Krathong lantern festival via digital platform, and the Songkran water splashing activity - one of the most vibrant and unique festivals in Asia, recognized by UNESCO.
In addition, visitors also have the opportunity to enjoy Thai art through traditional dances, watch movies and interact directly with famous actor Ter Chantavit Dhanasevi.
Thai Festival 2025 continues to be open to the public from 10:00 to 21:00 on March 29 and 30. The event has contributed to affirming the strong friendship between Vietnam and Thailand, while promising to bring visitors to the capital unique cultural experiences of the land of golden temples during the weekend.
