Cambodian Prime Minister apologizes to fans for criticism.

Host Cambodia is determined to build a good image for the 32nd SEA Games. The country has decided to provide free tickets to all competitions for domestic and international fans.

In recent times, football tickets have often sold out within a few hours of being released by the Organizing Committee. However, many fans have had difficulty getting into the stadium to watch the teams compete and have criticized the ticket issuance process.

Recently, Cambodian Prime Minister - Mr. Hun Sen has officially spoken out about this issue. On television on the evening of May 3, the Cambodian Prime Minister sent a message.

"We ask for sympathy from the people, because this is an almost impossible problem to solve due to the huge demand to watch football at the 32nd SEA Games. The capacity of our stadiums, such as the Olympic Stadium, can only accommodate 34,000 people, while the demand is 300,000 to 500,000 people.

Morodok Techo Stadium, which will host the opening and closing ceremonies, has a capacity of 60,000 to 70,000 people, but the number of people wanting tickets has now reached more than half a million.

Prime Minister Hun Sen hopes fans can sympathize: "Those who have tickets are very happy, those who do not have tickets are very sad. This is a problem that happens in every country in the world at major sporting events that attract viewers.

If tickets for SEA Games 32 football are sold, few people will be able to afford them, making it impossible for stadiums to fill to capacity. But free tickets also have limits and need to be controlled to avoid incidents."
